Returns designed to be straightforward
Eligible unworn merchandise may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of fragrance or marks, and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Requesting a return
Email support@saltyindunedinapparel.com with the order number, item name and reason for the request. Wait for return instructions before mailing an item. Packages sent without authorization may experience delays or be returned to the sender.
Final-sale and non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, swimwear without intact hygiene protection, and personalized or made-to-order products are not returnable unless received damaged or incorrect. Product pages identify additional restrictions when applicable.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged. Bank processing times vary. For an exchange, availability cannot be held; our team may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
